Realtor Partner "What We Believe" Statement

Headline: We Believe in Seamless Transitions and Certainty.

At HomeFAQS.io, we believe the home-buying process shouldn't be stalled by "the unknown." We believe that a Realtor’s reputation is built on the quality of the experts they recommend. That is why we partner with agents to provide The HomeHistory™ Score—the ultimate tool for transparency.

Our Core Values for Realtor Partners:

  • The "Deal-Saver" Mentality: We believe in providing solutions, not just problems. We don't just find the leak; we provide the path to fixing it so you can stay on schedule.

  • Listing Differentiation: We believe every listing deserves a "clean bill of health." A HomeHistory™ Score in a listing packet builds immediate buyer confidence.

  • Post-Close Support: We believe your relationship with a client doesn't end at the closing table. By offering a HomeFAQS audit as a closing gift, you ensure your clients are cared for long after the move-in date.

  • Radical Transparency: We believe that data-backed reports (the HomeHistory™ Score) eliminate the "inspection-period anxiety" for both buyers and sellers.

2. Realtor Partner Code of Conduct

Headline: The HomeFAQS Realtor Excellence Standards

As a Realtor Partner, you are part of an elite group that prioritizes home health and buyer safety. To maintain this partnership, we agree to the following:

  1. Objective Advocacy: We provide the HomeHistory™ Score as an objective data point. We never ask auditors to "hide" or "downplay" safety issues to push a sale.

  2. Client-First Orientation: We recommend HomeFAQS because it is in the client's best interest for long-term home ownership, not just for the short-term transaction.

  3. Collaborative Communication: Realtors agree to provide auditors with necessary access and clear timelines to ensure reports are delivered within the due-diligence window.

  4. Professional Feedback: We believe in continuous improvement. Realtor partners agree to provide feedback on auditor professionalism to help HomeFAQS maintain its 5-star standard.

📜 HomeFAQS Contractor Code of Conduct

As a HomeFAQS Trusted Partner, you are the face of our brand. Our homeowners rely on us for clarity, safety, and professional excellence. To maintain our standing as the "Home History" experts, all partners agree to the following standards:

1. Professionalism & Appearance

  • Identification: Always introduce yourself clearly as a HomeFAQS partner upon arrival.

  • Attire: Maintain a neat, professional appearance. Clean, branded gear or professional work attire is required.

  • Tobacco & Substance Use: No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is permitted on or near the homeowner’s property.

2. Respect for the Property

  • The "Zero Trace" Rule: Leave every workspace as clean as, or cleaner than, you found it. Use drop cloths and shoe covers (booties) when working inside the home.

  • Tool Safety: Never place tools or heavy equipment directly on finished surfaces (hardwood floors, countertops) without protection.

  • Privacy: Respect the homeowner's privacy. Only enter rooms necessary for the scope of work.

3. Communication & Transparency

  • Punctuality: If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you must notify the homeowner and HomeFAQS dispatch immediately.

  • Plain Language: Avoid confusing jargon. Explain repairs and "HomeHistory™ Score" updates in a way that is easy for the homeowner to understand.

  • Up-Front Pricing: Never perform additional work outside the agreed-upon scope without a signed change order or verbal confirmation of the new cost.

4. Integrity of the Audit

  • Objective Reporting: When performing a Home Health Audit, record findings with total honesty. Do not exaggerate issues to "pad" a job, and do not overlook safety hazards for the sake of speed.

  • The Safety First Rule: If a life-safety issue is discovered (e.g., gas leak, frayed high-voltage wire), it must be reported to the homeowner immediately before leaving the site.

5. Ethical Conduct

  • No Side-Deals: To maintain the integrity of our partnership, all work originated through HomeFAQS must be booked through the HomeFAQS platform.

  • Conflict Resolution: If a homeowner is dissatisfied, remain calm and professional. Document the issue and contact HomeFAQS support to help mediate.
