Job Title: Home Concierge Quarterback (QB)

Location: Bellevue / Medina, WA (Field-based) Base Salary: $65,000 + Benefits + Performance Bonuses Reports to: CEO/Founding Team

The Mission

As a Homefaqs.ai QB, you are the "Chief Operating Officer" for a portfolio of the region’s most prestigious estates. Your mission is to eliminate the stress of homeownership by transforming reactive repairs into proactive, data-driven maintenance. You are the single point of contact for the homeowner and the director of all third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. The Home Health Audit & Digitization

  • Initial Onboarding: Take existing pre-inspection reports and "digitize" them into our platform to create a baseline Home Health Score™.

  • Bi-Annual Audits: Conduct 50-point preventative maintenance walkthroughs to identify potential issues before they become emergencies.

  • Asset Tracking: Maintain the "Digital Twin" of the home, including filter sizes, paint colors, and appliance warranties.

2. Vendor Orchestration & Quality Control

  • The "General Contractor" of Maintenance: Source, vet, and schedule elite tradespeople (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping).

  • Project Management: Manage "Listing Sprints" for Realtor partners, ensuring homes are market-ready within 14 days.

  • Field Oversight: Be on-site to grant vendor access and perform final quality checks—the homeowner should never have to "let the plumber in."

3. Relationship & Account Management

  • Executive Communication: Provide high-level "Status Reports" to homeowners via the Homefaqs app.

  • Realtor Flywheel: Maintain relationships with local realtors, acting as their "secret weapon" for closing luxury listings.

  • Retention: Ensure a 5-star experience that makes the $250/mo subscription the most valued utility in the client's budget.

The Ideal Candidate ("The Mold")

  • Background: Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or Luxury Project Coordination.

  • The "QB" Persona: High emotional intelligence, professional appearance, and the ability to speak "tech" to a founder and "trades" to a contractor.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using field service management (FSM) software and data-entry tools.

  • The Resident Expert: You don't need to be a plumber, but you must know why a water heater is leaking and who to call to fix it.
