Vendor Circle of Trust
We call this the "Circle of Trust" Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Homefaqs.ai | Circle of Trust Vendor Agreement
PARTIES: This agreement is between Homefaqs.ai ("Homefaqs") and [Vendor Name/Company] ("Partner").
PURPOSE: Partner is invited into the Homefaqs "Circle of Trust" to provide preferred home services to our exclusive clientele in the 98004 and 98039 zip codes.
1. THE PARTNER COMMITMENT (The "White-Glove" Standard)
To remain in the Circle of Trust, Partner agrees to the following Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

Priority Response: Partner will acknowledge service requests from a Homefaqs QB within 4 business hours.

The "Clean-Site" Guarantee: Partner will leave every job site in "Showing-Ready" condition. No debris, boot prints, or odors.

Point of Contact: Partner will communicate exclusively with the Homefaqs QB regarding scheduling and scope, protecting the homeowner from technical friction.

Uniformity: Partner staff must be professional, identifiable, and vetted.
2. THE SUCCESS FEE (5% Revenue Share)
Partner agrees that in exchange for the high-intent lead, project management, and payment facilitation provided by Homefaqs:

Fee Structure: Partner will pay Homefaqs a 5% Success Fee on the total gross invoice (labor + materials) for every job originated or managed through the Homefaqs platform.

Direct-Link Payments: Partner agrees to utilize the Homefaqs/Kajabi payment link or integrated Stripe portal for invoicing. The 5% fee will be automatically deducted at the point of transaction, ensuring Partner is paid 95% of their invoice immediately upon client approval.
3. NON-CIRCUMVENTION
Partner agrees not to solicit Homefaqs clients for "off-platform" work. Both parties agree that the value of the relationship lies in the coordinated management provided by the QB. Any attempt to bypass the platform will result in immediate removal from the Circle of Trust.
4. THE HOMEFAQS COMMITMENT
In return, Homefaqs provides the Partner with:

Frictionless Leads: Fully scoped jobs with a professional QB as the single point of contact (no more chasing homeowners for details).

Guaranteed Payment: We handle the "collection" from the HNW client so the Partner never has to chase a check.

Marketing: Exposure to our elite Realtor network and HNW subscriber base.
Strategy Note: Selling the 5% to the Vendor
In the Bellevue/Medina market, the best vendors are busy. They might initially balk at 5%. Your QB should use this script:
"We aren't a lead-gen site like Angi. We are your Back Office. We've already sold the job, we've already done the walkthrough, and we are managing the client's expectations. You just show up, do the work, and get paid instantly. The 5% is cheaper than you hiring your own office manager or salesperson."
How to Deploy This in Kajabi

Vendor Application Page: Create a page in Kajabi where vendors "Apply" to the Circle of Trust.

Digital Signature: Use a tool like HelloSign or DocuSign integrated into the funnel.

Onboarding Course: Once they sign, they get access to a "Partner Portal" in Kajabi that shows them "The Homefaqs Way" (how to dress, how to use the app, where to park in Medina).
